Design process

Our transparent process from consultation and fee proposals to design and execution removes the guesswork, giving you total peace of mind.

CONSULTATION & RETURN BRIEF

We will meet with you onsite. This allows us to gather important details about both you and your property, which we then use to create a comprehensive design brief and provide a clear fee proposal for your garden design.

CONCEPT DESIGN

Once the design proposal is approved, we create an illustrative concept package based on your brief. This includes mood boards, material palettes, Plant schedules, coloured plans and elevations to bring your vision to life.

DESIGN APPROVAL

If the project requires CDC or DA approval, we will coordinate with our trade partners to obtain the necessary permits. Otherwise, we will prepare detailed plans and drawings for construction costings to each design element.

CONSTRUCTION & TENDER

Our company is capable of executing both the hardscaping and softscaping elements of the project. However, the plans can also be used to invite alternative contractors to bid on the work.
